This is my neighbor’s tree.
I won’t even show mine. It’s just so sad. The geckos seem to like it and it’s fine I suppose, but that’s sure a fine tree my neighbor has. ain’t it?
Gonna try to look at a moped tonight. Probably going to be a bus odyssey, followed by a mopeding odyssey. I would say that daily moped commuting is the culmination of my love of tiny, underpowered vehicles. I hope I like the thing. Transportation Conundrum has gone on long enough. If it does what it needs to until I decide to get a car or real motorcycle I will be satisfied. Besides, good gas mileage + outdoor fun time = reasonably good commute. Right?

I am gonna need to see a pic of you on a moped ASAP!!!! I think that will be awesome if you get one.
On a completely separate note, we have a “monitor” here at work (visiting from NC) that just got the coolest samoen/hawaiian tattoo on his arm. He got at the little shop in Vegas ran by a few samoens… THe coolest thing I have ever seen!
Now go get that moped!!!

At a top speed of 28MPH How long will it take to drive from coast to coast? Besides, with such beautiful scenary who needs to go fast? Plus you can park a moped on the sidewalk, in Colorado anyway.

All things I have thought to myself. a few hours, no one needs to go fast, and you can park em on the sidewalk here too.
If I get one, rest assured I’ll dragoon J&K into taking some action photos.

Oh yeah. I couldn’t conveniently get to the guy’s place (other side of island) to look at it, so it’s out until the weekend. I still want to talk to him if he still has the bike by the weekend. I’m sort of thinking of checking out some dealers this weekend and any used craigslist finds that happen to show up.
No moped today.

Yea, a moped would be great transportation. Cheap on gas. Do you have to a cycle endorsement to ride one? I don’t think you do. Anyway, good luck on the hunt for one. I gotta see pictures of this if you get one!!!

Nope <50cc or 2 hp requires no endorsements, no insurance, no nothing. And you know damn well I’ll cruise it all over. I’m thinking use it until I can get a 250cc enduro or Rebel or something. 250 cc is reqired on the interstate system here..

You just have cycling in your blood. We can’t hardly wait to get the GoldWing out of the shed!! Our first supper ride is next week but with snow on theground, We’ll probably take the car. Good luck finding something. Your job isn’t on the other side of the island, is it ?
Party out at Brenda and Mark’s tomorrow- It’s a tornado party. It’s been 10 years since the tornado distroyed their whole farm. Time sure flies.
